MOVE CHALLENGE – Activity Points
Challenge yourself to MOVE. Activity is automatically awarded through our EGYM
technology as well as manually logged sessions. The more points earned each day, the
closer you are to your reward!
DRIVE CHALLENGE – Gameday
DRIVE utilizes EGYM’s latest innovation, Gameday. In this challenge, it’s your goal to
drive as much weight as you physically can in a single session.
REVITALIZE CHALLENGE – BioAge Reduction
BioAge estimates what your biological age is through four categories: strength, cardiovascular, metabolic, and flexibility. Challenge yourself to see how many years you
gain back for your overall BioAge measure.
